(Learfield News Service/Litchfield, MN) — A judge says a second student accused of threatening harm at Eden Valley-Watkins High School last November is not guilty.

Marcellus Jensen and Deshaun Haag printed flyers last November referencing the Columbine shootings and placed them in more than 20 student lockers.

The judge in Jensen’s trial found that the flyers distributed did not indicate a threat or intent to commit a crime.
