(Learfield News Service/Falcon Heights, MN) It’s finally here–day one of the Minnesota State Fair.
Fair spokeswoman Danielle Dullinger says the number one thing on her mind is food.
She says personally, honestly, she’s excited to try all the food.
Dullinger says they’ve been seeing them all get set up for the past couple days, so she’s excited it’s finally here, we can all go get our pronto pups, we can all get our corn, we can get all the things we’ve had to wait a year to get
Dullinger says food is a 40-million-dollar-plus business at the fair.
And if that stat isn’t impressive enough–chew on this: fairgoers each year consume 35 miles of hot dogs.
