St. Peter Lutheran Church of Watertown is hosting it’s Annual Nikolausabend Celebration on Sunday, December 9 from 4:30-7:00 pm. The event includes a traditional German holiday buffet featuring schnitzel, bratwurst, spatzle, red cabbage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce, & an array of Christmas cookies. The kids can visit with Nikolaus, the children can also enjoy some fun games, Christmas crafts & treats.  The event is compliments of St. Peter Lutheran. Plans are underway and volunteers are needed for the Glencoe Living Nativity on Saturday evening, Dec 15th.  This will be a drive-through production depicting the Good News of Jesus’ birth.  Consider a 1 or 2 hour shift as a Shepherd or Angel.  We also need live animals and assistance setting up and tearing down.  To help, contact Cindy at 238-2148.
