A Minneapolis man, arrested at a Chaska Homecoming game, was sentenced in Carver County Court for stealing money from a Waconia man.
The Chaska Herald reports 20-year-ol Tymon Dwayne Anderson-Young was convicted of felony theft on Jan. 11, however the charge will be lessened to a misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation. Anderson-Young will be on probation for five years and was sentenced to 166 days in Carver County Jail.
As part of his probation, Anderson-Young is not allowed to use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives; register to vote and leave Minnesota without court approval. He will also have to have a chemical dependency evaluation and remain law abiding.
