(KWLM/Olivia MN-) The pre-trial conference for the teenager accused of sexually abusing little girls at his mother’s daycare in Olivia has been rescheduled for today in Renville County Juvenile Court in Olivia.
The hearing for the 16-year-old had been slated for last Friday.
The boy pleaded not guilty March 18th to 3 juvenile court charges of 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and was released to the custody of his mother, 45-year-old Peggy Uhlenkamp.
Peggy Uhlenkamp is accused of knowing about the molestation and not reporting it, and child neglect and her next court appearance is June 11th.
The license to her business, Rhyme and Reason Daycare, has been suspended.
