A man and woman are facing several drug related felony charges after police discovered a marijuana grow operation.
On Tuesday, Hutchinson police executed a search warrant at a residence at 77 McLeod Avenue Northeast.
During the search, police found .9 grams of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, multiple quantities of marijuana, a marijuana grow operation with 52 plants of various sizes, and a tin can with 29 Lorazepam pills.
Forty-one-year-old Bryan James Marconcini of Hutchinson admitted ownership of the grow operation. He’s been charged with one count of methamphetamine crimes involving children, one count of 5th degree sale of marijuana, one count of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance crime – methamphetamine, and one count of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance crime – Lorazepam.
Forty-two-year-old Shakara Marie Summers of Mankato has been charged with three of the same counts, except for the sale of marijuana charge.
Both were arrested and taken to the McLeod County Jail.
