Hutchinson police are investigating the theft of over $1,000 worth of power tools that were taken from Crow River Habitat for Humanity earlier this month.

On Monday, May 6th, officials with the organization reported to police that various DeWalt drills, Sawzalls, and other tools were taken with an estimated value of $1,183.

Police say the tools were taken from a trailer that was parked on the back lot of Habitat’s location in the 1000 Block of Highway 7 West.
