Authorities have released the name of the man that died in a grain bin accident in McLeod County Friday morning.
He’s identified as 64-year-old Gregory Fleck of Glencoe.
The McLeod County Sheriff’s Office says at just before 11:30, they received a 911 call that a man was trapped in a corn bin at an address on 140th Street in Rich Valley Township.
The Sheriff’s Office says after about 30 minutes, responders located the victim and removed him from the bin.
Fleck was pronounced dead at the scene.
Also responding to the scene was the MN State Patrol, Glencoe Fire Department, Plato Fire Department, Allina Ambulance and Life Link Air Care.
The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene and is also investigating.
