General Mills has announced a recall of its five-pound bags of Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour due to E. coli concerns.
The recall, issued Monday, applies to bags of flour with a “better if used by date” of Sept. 6, 2020.
Additionally, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the UPC of the affected products is 016000 196100.
Those with the flour are asked to dispose of the product and to contact General Mills by phone or online (click here for information).
In January, the company announced a recall of its unbleached flour product due to salmonella concerns.
