Hutchinson Police are requesting charges against five Hutchinson juvenile males for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old Hutchinson male.
The incident was reported Saturday night just after 8:30 at Rotary Park.
Authorities say after watching a video of the incident, they’re requesting 5th-degree assault charges on all of the suspects. Three of the suspects are 12-years-old, two are 14-years-old.
Police say the video shows the victim being kicked and punched by the suspects.
There was no reason given why the assault occurred.
