The 46th Arts & Crafts Festival and Taste of Hutchinson has been postponed to 2021.
The following is from a press release from the Hutchinson Chamber;
It is with sadness and optimism that the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism announces the postponement of Arts & Crafts Festival until September 17 & 18, 2021. Taste of Hutchinson, hosted by the Hutchinson Ambassadors, has also been postponed.
During the uncertain time and unknowns of the COVID-19 situation, we feel it prudent and responsible to not hold this event in 2020.
The safety of our vendors, volunteers, and guests have always been our first priority for the Festival. Now, with the unprecedented effects of the virus, we feel we must also protect the integrity of our event and the financial well-being of the chamber.
We will be communicating with our beloved vendors and sponsors in the coming days. Although the events will not happen, our appreciation and efforts on their behalf will continue.
While we are disappointed to not host the Festival in 2020, we know 2021 holds great hope for us all and the Festival will return with great excitement.
