A developer is planning to build an apartment complex along the Crow River in Hutchinson.
If all goes according to plan, a three-story, 50 unit complex would be built on the “old Cenex fertilizer plant site at 3rd Avenue Northwest.
The city had planned on acting on a purchase agreement with the developer at this week’s city council meeting, but that was delayed until the next council meeting.
The city plans on selling the property for $351,000.
