Trump Moves MN Rally While Biden Announces Visit

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A rally by President Donald Trump in southern Minnesota  has been moved back to Rochester and has been scaled back to comply with state coronavirus safety rules.

Friday’s event was in flux much of Thursday after the Trump campaign moved it from Rochester to the small town of Dodge Center, and then back to Rochester.

Mayor Kim Norton tells The Associated Press that the campaign has now agreed to scale back the airport rally to an invitation-only event with no more than 250 people.

Joe Biden will also campaign in Minnesota on Friday with an event in St. Paul.
